Recreate '68

As I mentioned earlier this week, six members of the Florida Progressive Coalition are headed out to Denver to attend the Democratic convention as our representatives.

I'm loving it. For the first time as an voter, I anticipate coverage of the real deal instead of the hype broadcast by the mainstream media.

Keeping that in mind, Ken over at FPC wants to know what you want to know.

What would you most like to see us cover on our Denver trip?

Personally, I'd like to hear from those who congregate outside the convention, those Americans behind the fence who feel their voices are not being heard.

Suggestions can be posted at the Frog or feel free to post over at the FPC open thread by clicking here.

I'm proud to be representing Florida bloggers in Denver as part of the FPC team.

We're promising the best convention coverage available anywhere, and I know we're going to deliver. So stay tuned to the FPC Blog and to Blast Off! for all the coverage.

Thanks, Sunny!

A Denver station tracked down the warehouse that the authorities plan on using as a jail, The ACLU has already sent a letter of concern because of the over 1000 people that were arrested at the last rep convention.
I would like to be kept up to date to make sure that people being taken to this warehouse are treated with the appropriate care and are not abused. D

I'm not certain that the DNC will know what hit them with you blogging Denver, Sinfonian! (And I say that in a loving it, go-give-'em-hell sort of way).

As a Floridian and a blogger --I as if a kindred spirit is representing me with you as part of the six. (For those of you who haven't read Blast Off!, head on over and you will understand what I mean....)

Also, check out Anon's post. Interesting suggestion there, covering those voices who will find themselves under arrest.

Have a great time.....

Let me clean up that youtube link, Anon.

Click here to view where protesters who protest too much will be held.

Great suggestion. I'll post over at FPC, if you haven't already.
